Hi people, I know it's been a long time since I posted something. But, please try to understand that I write whenever I draw something good from my experiences.
I want to discuss about anger today. I must remind every one that these are again my own views and you can always counter me through the comments.
Have you ever thought of why we feel anger in this beautiful world?..... Well the first thing that comes to our mind is that when things don't go the way we expect them to. We also feel anger when our ego is hurt. It is true that anger causes a lot of troubles for us but one can also draw energy from anger instead of fueling it. I know it sounds kind of weird, but yes try it once....the next time you are angry, just hold on to that state for 60 seconds. You will notice a change in your energy pattern for sure. The next time you want to hit someone or abuse someone, just wait for 60 seconds before doing it an then try doing it with all the energy you have. I will not reveal the outcome and let you people test it for yourself and find out. The results will be very interesting and you will learn a lot. Controlled or suppressed anger is like an injured lion waiting for a chance to strike, and as we all know, there is nothing more dangerous than an injured lion as it will then go to any extent to save its pride. We humans are no less and anger plays a vital role. It takes us to the higher level of unconsciousness where we are not in control of our body. There is no check on our actions and the results are drastic. Just think about it, the anger that can make such things happen if tamed and brought under control could change our life altogether. I say this because if anger can take a person to the level of do or die then if channelled correctly could easily change the world. The heat generated from correctly channelled anger would be more than a that of a thousand furnaces burning together causing all problems to just vaporize.
Well I must stop myself now else I would just go on writing and make no sense. I must tell you all again that I am not perfect and that all I say are my own experiences. I try my best to learn from myself, my friends and everyone around me. So, all comments are welcome.
